- My name is jeff Winters, I am 35 years old and I work in the automotive industry. My lovely wife Christi I set a goal at the beginning of the year to start eating healthy and try and to be more active ultimately losing some weight so we can keep up with our 3 yr old daughter. There are SO many diet plans out there that claim " this is the way to do it" so i am excited to learn good nutrition for myself and my family and hopefully create good new habits for the rest of our lives.
I'm so glad you are posting. You have changed your photo, and I love the family group. Good luck to you and Christi--what a great team you make! What a wonderful choice you have made for your little girl.
